• � , . , <br /> taken or done, including specifically, without limitation, the <br /> execution and delivery of the Memorandum of Agreement as <br /> aforesaid, shall be and are hereby ratified, confirmed and <br /> approved. <br /> SECTION 6. The Provisions Separable. The provisions <br /> of this Ordinance are hereby declared to be separable, and if any <br /> section, phrase or provision shall for any reason be declared to <br /> be invalid, such declaration shall not affect the validity of the <br /> remainder of the sections, phrases or provisions. <br /> SECTION 7. Repeal of Conflicting Ordinances, Etc. All <br /> ordinances, resolutions, orders or parts thereof, in conflict <br /> with the provisions of this Ordinance are, to the extent of such <br /> conflict, hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 8. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in <br /> full force and effect upon its approval by the Mayor . <br /> -5- <br />
