The provisions of this Agreement, and the installation, operation <br /> and use of the water service authorized hereby, are expresslq made subject to <br /> all applicable provisions of codes, ordinances, rules and regulations of Citq, <br /> and Owner agrees to comply therewith. <br /> 2. After completion of the construction of a water main by the City in <br /> tne street ar roadway adjacent to the premises described herein, and upon <br /> obtaining a tapping permit in the customary manner followed by the City for <br /> premi.ses within its corporate limits, Owner may tap said water maia of City <br /> and conaect a water sezvice thereto to furnish residential service on3.y to <br /> said premi.ses. <br /> 3. Said tap, connection aad service shall be made aad installed by a <br /> licensed plumber. <br /> 4. The water furaished bq City shall only be used for domestic purposas <br /> and only upon the premises described herein. <br /> 5.
