c _ � - . ORDINANCE NO. / � —S O ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE - CHAPTER 66 - BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the City Code of the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended at Sections 4 (E) and 52 of Chapter 66 thereof by substituting the phrase "Director of Public Works" for the phrase "Director of the Water Department" wherever the latter phrase appears therein. Section 2. That said Code be, and the same is hereby, further modified and amended at Sections 15, 17, 19 , 20, 23, 25, 26 , 27, 28, 33, 37 and 48 of Chapter 66 thereof by substituting the phrase "Lake Manager" for the phrase "Chief of Police" wherever the latter phrase appears therein. Section 3 . That said Code be, and the same is hereby, further modified and amended at Chapter 66 thereof by adding Sections 54 and 55 thereto, said Sections 54 and 55 to provide as follows: 54. CITATIONS. A. Whenever a Lake Patrcl employee witnesses or has knowledge based on reasonable grounds of a violation by any person of any section of this Chapter, such person may be issued a citation for said violation by the Lake PatroZ employee. B. A citation issued hereunder shall be in writing and shall: 1 . State the name of the person being cited and said person' s address, if known; 2 . Set forth the specific section of this Cnapter that was violated, the date of the violation, and a brief description of the viol.ation; 3 . State the amount to be paid to the City due to such violation and where �nd when sucn payment may be made; 4 . State that on failure to pay the amount of the citation in the time allowed as herein provided, said person will be subject to prosection by the City; and, 5 . Be signed by the issuing Lake Patrol employee.
