t •� I <br /> ORDINANCE N0. � � — � � <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 800 BLOCK WEST PERSHING ROAD - <br /> WHEREAS, on the lst day of March, 1990 , upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> getition of David A. Clark, Director of Community Development, to <br /> rezone premises pursuant to an annexation agreement, said <br /> premises being described as: <br /> SEE EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO AND <br /> HEREBY MADE A PART HEP.EOF , <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 CCMMERCIAL <br /> DISTRICT. <br /> WHER�AS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be approved; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said premises were subsequently annexed to the City ' <br /> pursuant to said agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation ef the Decatur City Plan � <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file �' <br /> and modified. ' <br /> Section 2 . That the following described prem�ses be, ar.d � <br /> they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDE�CE �I <br /> DISTRICT to B-1 NEIGHBORHOO� S�OPPING �ISTRICT: <br /> The North 400 feet of Tract I as shown on Exhibit A <br /> attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3 .
