Supervisor, Chief Drafter, Lake Maintenance Supervisor, <br /> Distribution Maintenance Supervisor, Water Meter Service <br /> Specialist, Scheduling Analyst, City Forester, Building <br /> Inspections Supervisor, Planners, MBE/WBE Coordinator, <br /> Community Renewal Coordinator, Outreach Specialist and <br /> temporary and seasonal employees. " <br /> Section 10. That said City Code be, and the same is hereby, <br /> further modified and amended at Section 2 of Chapter 34 thereof <br /> so that as amended and modified said Section 2 shall provide as <br /> follows: <br /> "TRAFFIC AND PARKING COMMISSION. There is hereby <br /> created a Traffic and Parking Commission consisting of <br /> nine members, of which five such members shall be <br /> citizen members to serve without compensation and the <br /> remaining members shall be representatives of the <br /> Department of Public Works, the Safety Services <br /> Department and the Department of Community Development, <br /> and shall be employees of the City of Decatur and said <br /> respective departments. The five citizen members shall <br /> serve for a term of three years and shall be appointed <br /> by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council. The <br /> other four members, being representatives of the � <br /> departments of the City aforesaid, shall be designated '', <br /> from said departments by the City Manager by appointment I, <br /> in writing communicated to said Commission, which <br /> appointment shall designate the respective departmental <br /> representative and an alternate for each such <br /> representative. Each citizen member of the Commission <br /> shall have one vote and each department represented, as <br /> the case may be, shall have one vote, cast either by the <br /> representative or his alternate, in conducting the <br /> business of said Commission. " <br /> Section 11. That said Code be, and the same is hereby, <br /> further modified and amended at Sections 4, 6, 7, 9, 11, 13, 14, <br /> 15, 16, 19, 20 and 23 of Chapter 64 and Section 7 of Chapter 65 <br /> thereof by substituting the phrase "Public Works Department" for <br /> the phrase "Water Department" wherever the latter phrase appears <br /> therein. <br /> Section 12. That said Code be, and the same is hereby, <br /> further modified and amended at Chapter 52 thereof by deleting <br /> Section 34 (A) (4) of said Chapter 52 . <br /> Section 13. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, <br /> authorized and directed to cause the provisions hereof to be <br /> appropriately set out in said City Code and to cause the same to <br /> be published in pamphlet form. <br />
