. , ORDINANCE NO. � v � O ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT HISTORIC NEIGHBORHOOD USE - 109 SOUTH EDWARD STREET - WHEREAS, on the lst day of February, 1990, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Paul E. Albert for a special permit under the provisions o� Section XXI (A) (1) (w) of the Zoning Ordinance to use the premises described below for a xistoric Neiqhborhood Use, said use being the operation of a photography studio and said premises being legally described as follows: The East 45 feet of the North 105 feet of Lot One (1) and the West 15 feet of the Nort� 15 feet of the South 60 feet of Lot One (1) and the East 10 feet of the North 15 feet of the South 60 feet of Lot Two (2) Block Nine (9) of Western Addition as per Plat recorded in Book H, Page 103 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macor. County, Illinois; and, WHEREAS, said Petition has been �iled with, and reviewed by, '' the Historical and Architectural Sites Commission, said filing having been more than thirty days from the date hereof; and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that such �pecial permit be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1 . That the reccmmendation and repo�t �f the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same ar� hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2 . That upon the conditions hereinafte.r mentioned, a s�ecial permit be, and it is hereby, granted to Paul E. Albert, and only to Paul E. Albert, to own and operate a phatography studio as a Historic Neiqhborhood Use upon the premises afor�said in accorda�c� with the plat and plan thereof hereto attached marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. Section 3. That said permit be, and the sa.�e is nereby, ex�ressly ccnditioned as fo�lows:
