. , <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � v � O <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> HISTORIC NEIGHBORHOOD USE <br /> - 109 SOUTH EDWARD STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the lst day of February, 1990, upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Paul E. Albert for a special permit under the <br /> provisions o� Section XXI (A) (1) (w) of the Zoning Ordinance to use <br /> the premises described below for a xistoric Neiqhborhood Use, <br /> said use being the operation of a photography studio and said <br /> premises being legally described as follows: <br /> The East 45 feet of the North 105 feet of Lot One (1) <br /> and the West 15 feet of the Nort� 15 feet of the South <br /> 60 feet of Lot One (1) and the East 10 feet of the North <br /> 15 feet of the South 60 feet of Lot Two (2) Block Nine <br /> (9) of Western Addition as per Plat recorded in Book H, <br /> Page 103 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of <br /> Macor. County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Petition has been �iled with, and reviewed by, '' <br /> the Historical and Architectural Sites Commission, said filing <br /> having been more than thirty days from the date hereof; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> such �pecial permit be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the reccmmendation and repo�t �f the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same ar� hereby, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That upon the conditions hereinafte.r mentioned, <br /> a s�ecial permit be, and it is hereby, granted to Paul E. Albert, <br /> and only to Paul E.
