� � <br /> t <br /> r <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � ' � `P <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING 20-MINUTE PARKING ZONE <br /> - NORTH STATE STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That in accordance with and subject to the <br /> applicable provisions of Chapter 34 of the City Code, when an <br /> appropriate parking meter is installed thereat, meter space #970 <br /> located on the west side of North State Street, 80. 5 feet north <br /> of the north line of East William Street be, and the same is <br /> hereby, designated a 20-minute parking zone. <br /> Section 2. That a parking meter shall be installed in said <br /> zone which shall register a maximum of 20 minutes upon insertion <br /> of the appropriate coin at the rate of ten cents per hour. <br /> Section 3 .
