, f I <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � � � <br /> �N QRDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> � 924-93G NORTH MONROE STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the lst day of February, 1990, upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Magna Millikin Bank of Decatur, Trust No. 2804 , and <br /> others to rezone premises described as: <br /> Lots Seven (7) and Ten (10) of Miller and Packard' s <br /> Addition to the City of Decatur as per Plat recorded in <br /> Book 50 Page 370 of the records in the Recorder' s Office <br /> of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-1 NEIuHBORH00D <br /> SHOPPING DISTRICT. <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFCRE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> �ECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on iile <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezor�ed from R-3 SINGLE F_AMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-i <br /> DIEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and <br /> requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above <br /> described herein. <br />
