M <br /> ORDINANCE N0. ! � — r <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - B-3 PLANNED SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT - <br /> WHEREAS, on the lst day of February, 1990 , upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Jerry H. Bickes, Wayne L. Bickes and The Mitchell <br /> Company to rezone premises described as: <br /> The South 50 acres of the West Half of the Northwest <br /> Quarter of Section 26 , Township 17 North, Range 2 East <br /> of the 3rd P.M. , Macon County, Illinois, EXCEPT that <br /> part taken for highway and road purposes; <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-3 PLANNED SHOPPING <br /> CENTER DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon the condition that said premises are <br /> developed only in accordance with a site plan approved by the <br /> Departments of Public Works and Community Development, said <br /> premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY <br /> RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-3 PLANNED SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and <br /> requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises <br /> above-described herein. <br /> Section 4. That the zoning of said premises as set out <br /> herein shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as <br />
