� , . � . <br /> , <br /> �. <br /> . <br /> WATFR SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> For and in consideration of the undertakings and covenants set out <br /> herein, it is agreed by and between the Owr.er(s) of the premises described at <br /> paragraph 8 hereof, and which person or persons are signatory hereto, <br /> ("Owner") , and THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, ("City") , as follows: <br /> 1. The provisions of this Agreement, and the installation, operation <br /> and use o£ the water service authorized hereby, are expressly made subject to <br /> all applicable provisions of codes, ordinances, rules and regulations of Cit , <br /> Y <br /> and Owner agrees to comply therewith. <br /> t <br /> 2. A�ter completion of the construction of a water main b the Cit in <br /> y y <br />, the st:eet or roadwa ad'acent to the remises de <br /> y � p scribed herein, and u on <br /> P <br /> obtaining a tapping permit in the customary manner followed by the City for <br /> premises within its corporate limits, Owner may tap said water main of City I <br /> and connect a water service thereto to furnish residential service only to <br /> said premises. <br /> 3. Said tap, connection and service shall be made and installed bv a <br /> licensed plumber. <br /> 4. The water furnished by City shall only be used for domestic nurposes <br /> and only upon the premises described herein. <br /> 5. At such time as said premises become contiguous to the corporate <br /> limits of City, the then owner of said premises shall, within ninety (90) days <br /> after receiving notice from City thereof, petition to annex the same to the <br /> Citv. <br /> 6. This rlgreement shall terminate upon the failure by Owner to comply <br /> with any provision hereof or with any applicable provision of City Code, <br /> ordinances, rules or regulations, or upon the annexation of said premises to <br /> the City, and may be terminated by either party upon six (6) nonths notice by <br />
