. � , <br /> _ r � <br /> ' . ` <br /> l <br /> WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT i <br /> f <br /> For and in consideration of the undertakings and covenants set out ( <br /> I <br /> herein, it is agreed by and between the Owner(s) of the premises described at � <br /> paragraph 8 hereof, and which person or persons are signatory hereto, ! <br /> i <br /> ("Owner") , and THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, ("City") , as follows: i <br /> 1. The provisions of this Agreement, and the installation, operation <br /> and use of the water service authorized hereby, are expressly made subject to <br /> all applicable provisions of codes, ordinances, rules and regulations of City, <br /> and Owner agrees to comply therewith. <br /> 2. After completion of the construction of a water main by the City in <br /> the street or roadway adjacent to the premises described herein, and upon <br /> o�taining a tapping permit in the customary manner followed by the City for <br /> premises within its corporate limits, Qwner may tap said water main of City <br /> and connect a water service thereto to furnish residential service only to <br /> said premises. <br /> 3. Said tap, connection and service shall be made and installed by a <br /> ?icensed plumber. � <br /> 4. The water furnished by City shall only be used for domestic purposes ' <br /> and only upon the premises described herein. <br /> 5. At such time as said premises become contiguous to the corporate <br /> limits of City, the then owner or said premises shall, within ninety (90) days <br /> after receiving notice from City thereof, petition to anne:i the same to the <br /> , <br /> City. <br /> 6. This Agreement shall terminate upon the failure by Owner to comply <br /> with any provision hereof or with any applicable provision of City Code, <br /> ordinances, rules or regulations, or upcn the annexation of said premises to II <br /> the City, and may be terminated by either party cpon six (6) months notice by I <br />
