� r' - <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �/ �� <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY _ <br /> 3216 - 3266 NORTH MACARTHUR ROAD (EVEN NUMBERS) - <br /> AND 3188 FAIR OAKS <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of January, 1990 , upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Robert D. Wesselink to rezone premises described as: <br /> Beginning at a point 859. 06 feet South of the center of <br /> Section Thirty-Four (34) , Township Seventeen (17) North, <br /> Range Two (2) East of the Third Principal Meridian, <br /> thence South 297.66 feet, thence East 658.34 feet, <br /> thence North 297.66 feet, thence West to the place of <br /> beginning and, the iVorth 60 feet of Lot Five (5) of <br /> Creekmur' s First Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book <br /> 1405, Page 73 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-2 SINGLE FAMILY <br /> RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY GF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, plac�d on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premiaes be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FANILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-2 <br /> SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentione3 are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ord�nance No. 35?2 of <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the prot�isions, regulations, restrictions and <br /> requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above <br /> described herein. <br />
