Cochran to rezone premises described as: <br /> A part of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of the Southeast <br /> Quarter (SE1/4) of Section 4, Township 16 North, Range 2 <br /> East of the 3rd Principal Meridian, said part more <br /> particularly described as follows: Commencing at the <br /> Southeast Corner of Section 4 , Township lb N, Range 2 <br /> East, 3rd P.M. ; thence North along the East line of the <br /> said Section 4, 477. 18 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence West 450 feet; thence South on a line parallel to <br /> the said East line of Section 4, 477 .18 feet to a point <br /> on the South line of said Section 4; thence East 450 <br /> feet to the point of beginning, EXCEPT for the portion <br /> of public right of way dedicated for S.B. I . Route 48, <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL <br /> DISTRICT. <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Comm�ssion be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, re2oned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT. <br />
