The provisions of this Agreement, and the installation, operation <br /> and us2 of the water servica authorized hereby, are expressly made subject to <br /> all appli�able provisions of codes, ordinances, rules and regulations of City, <br /> and Owner agrees to comply therewith. <br /> 2. After completion of the construction of a water main by the City in <br /> the street or roadway adjacent to the premises described herein, and upon <br /> obtaining a tapping permit in the customary manner followed 'oy th� City for <br /> premises urithin its corporate limits, Owner may tap said water main of City <br /> aad connect a water service thereto to furnish residential service oniy to <br /> said premises. <br /> 3. Said tap, connection and service shall be made and installed by a <br /> iicen;ed plumber. <br /> 4. '�he water furnished by City shall onl} be used for domestic Furposes <br /> and only u�on the premises described herein. <br /> 5. At such time as sa�d premises beceme contiguous to the corporate <br /> Iimits of City, the then owner of said premises shall, within ninety (90) days <br /> aiter receiving notice from City thereof, netition to annex the same to the <br /> City. <br /> b. This Agreement sha11 terminate upon the failure by ('wner to comply <br /> with an.y provision hereof or *aith any applicable provision oi City Code, <br /> ordinances, zules or regulations, or upon the annex,�tion ot sa�d premises to <br /> the City, and may oe terminatea by either garty upor. six (6) �unths notice by <br />_ I <br />
