. � � � <br /> � � � <br /> WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> For and in consideration of the undertakings and covenants set out <br /> herein, it is agreed by and between the Owner(s) of the premises described at <br /> paragraph 8 hereof, and which person or persons are signatory hereto, <br /> ("Owner"), and THE CITY UF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, ("City") , as follows: <br /> 1. The provisions of this Agreement, and the installation, operation <br /> and use of the water service authorized hereby, are expressly made subject to <br /> all a lic3ble rovisions of codes ordinance <br /> PP P , s, rules and regulations of City, <br /> and t)wner agrees to comply therewith. <br /> 2. After completion of the construction of a water main by �he City in <br /> the street or roadway adjacent to the prenises described herein, and upon <br /> obtaining a tapping permit in the customary manner followed by the City for <br /> p�emises w;thin its corporate limits, Owner may tap said water main of City <br /> and conr.ect a water service thereto to furnish residential service onlv to <br /> said premises. <br /> 3. Said tap, connection and service shall be made and installed by a � <br /> lice�sed plt�mber. <br /> 4. The wat2r furnished �y City shall only be used for donestic purposes <br /> and only upon the premises described herein. <br /> 5. At such time as said premises become contiguous to the corporate <br /> lisi�s of City, �ne then ow-�er of said pr�mises shall, withia n�aety (90) days <br /> after receiving notice from City thereof, petition to annex the same to the <br /> City. <br /> 6. �his Agreement shall terminate upon the failure by Owner to comply <br /> with any provision hereof or with any appl_cable provision of N�*y Code, <br /> k. <br /> ordinances, rules or regulatior.s, or upon the anne:cati�n of sa�d premises to <br /> the City, and may be term�nated by either party upon six (E) months notice by <br />
