The provisions of this Agreement, and the installation, operation i� <br /> and use of the water service authorized hereby, are expressly made subject to j! <br /> all applicable provisions of codes, ordinances, rules and regulations of City, I <br /> I <br /> and Owner agrees to comply therewith. ! <br /> � <br /> 2. After completion of the construction of a water main by the City in i' <br /> the street or roadway adjacent to the premises described herein, and upon �I <br /> � <br /> obtaining a tapping permit in the customary manner followed by the City for <br /> premises within its corporate limits, Owner may tap said water main of City I <br /> and connect a water service thereto to furnish residential service only to <br /> said premises. <br /> 3. Said tap, connection and service shall be made and installed by a <br /> i <br /> Iicensed plumber. , <br /> 4. The water furnished by _City shall only be used for domestic purposes � <br /> and only upon the premises described herein. <br /> �. Ht such time as sairi premises become contiguous to the corporate <br /> limits of City, the then owner of said premises shall, within ninety (90) days <br /> after receiving notice from City thereof, petition to annex the same to the <br /> City. <br /> 6. This Agreement shall terminate upon the failure by Qwner to comply <br /> with any orovision hereof or with any applicable provision of City Code, <br /> ord�nances, rules or regulations, or upon the annexation of said premises to <br /> the City, and may be terminated by either party upon six (6) months notice by <br />
