wa�x sExvrcE AG�:En�vT � For and in consideration of the undertakings and covenants set out herein, it is a�-eed by and between the Owner(s) of the premises descnbed ax paragraph 8 hereo� and wluch person or persons are signatory hereto, ("Owner"), and THE CITY OF DECATUI� IL.I-INOIS, ("city"), as follows: 1. The provisions of ttus Agresmem, and the installation, operation and use of the water service authorized hereby, are eacpressly made subject to all applicable provisions of codes, ordinances, rules and regulations of City, and Owaer agrees to comply therewith. 2. After completion of the construction of a watermain by the City in the street or roadway adjacent to the premises descnbed herein, and upon obtaining a tapping permit in the � customary manner followed by the City for premises within its corporate limits, Owner may tap said watermain of City and connect a water service thereto to fiimish residential service only to said premises. 3. Said tap, connection and service shall be made and installed by a licensed plumber. 4. The water fiu�nished by City shall only be used for domestic purposes and only upon the premises descnbed herein. 5. At such time as said premises become contiguous to the corporate limits of City, the then owner of said premises shall, within ninety (90) days after receiving notice from City thereo� petition to annex the same to the City. 6. This Agreement shall terminate upon the failure by Owner to comply with any provision hereof or with any applicable provision of City Code, ordinances, rules or regulations, or upoa the annexation of said premises to the City, and may be terininated by either party upon six (6) months notice by certified mail to the other, addressed to One Gary K Anderson Plaza, Decatur, Illinois, if to the City or to 3 p`�7 L�+��L��D �� , if to the Owner. , 7. This Agreement is intended for the benefit of said premises as well as the current owner and occupant thereof and to said end shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of said owner and his successors in title.
