The provisions of ttus Agresmem, and the installation, operation and use of the <br /> water service authorized hereby, are eacpressly made subject to all applicable provisions of codes, <br /> ordinances, rules and regulations of City, and Owaer agrees to comply therewith. <br /> 2. After completion of the construction of a watermain by the City in the street or <br /> roadway adjacent to the premises descnbed herein, and upon obtaining a tapping permit in the <br /> � customary manner followed by the City for premises within its corporate limits, Owner may tap <br /> said watermain of City and connect a water service thereto to fiimish residential service only to <br /> said premises. <br /> 3. Said tap, connection and service shall be made and installed by a licensed plumber. <br /> 4. The water fiu�nished by City shall only be used for domestic purposes and only <br /> upon the premises descnbed herein. <br /> 5. At such time as said premises become contiguous to the corporate limits of City, <br /> the then owner of said premises shall, within ninety (90) days after receiving notice from City <br /> thereo� petition to annex the same to the City. <br /> 6. This Agreement shall terminate upon the failure by Owner to comply with any <br /> provision hereof or with any applicable provision of City Code, ordinances, rules or regulations, <br /> or upoa the annexation of said premises to the City, and may be terininated by either party upon <br /> six (6) months notice by certified mail to the other, addressed to One Gary K Anderson Plaza, <br /> Decatur, Illinois, if to the City or to 3 p`�7 L�+��L��D ��� , if to the <br /> Owner. , <br /> 7. This Agreement is intended for the benefit of said premises as well as the current <br /> owner and occupant thereof and to said end shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of said <br /> owner and his successors in title. <br />
