WATER SERVICE A . � For and in consideration of the undertakings and covenants set out herein, it is agreed by and between the Owner(s) of the premises descnbed at paragraph 8 hereo� and which person or persons are signatory hereto, ("Owner"), and TI� CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, ("city"), as follows: . 1. The provisions of this Agreemern, and the installation, operation and use of the water service authorized hereby, aze expressly made subject to all applicable provisions of codes, ordinances, rules and regulations of City, and Owner agrees to comply therewith. 2. After completion of the construction of a watermain by the City in the-street or roadway adjacent to the premises descnbed herei� and upon obtaining a tapping permit in the � customary manner followed by the City for premises within its corporate limits, Owner may tap said watermain of City and conne�t a water service thereto to furnish residential service only to said premises. 3. Said tap, connection and service shall be made and installed by a licensed plumber. 4. The water furnished by City shall only be used for domestic purposes and oniy upan the premises descnbed herein. 5. At such time as said premises be�ome cantiguous to the corporate limits of City, the then owner of said premises shall, within ainety (90) days after receiving notice from City thereof, petition to annex the same to the City. 6. This Agreement shall terminate upon the failure by Owner to comply with any provision hereof or with any applicable provision of City Code, ordinances, rules or regulations, or upon the annexation of said premises to the City, and may be terminated by either party upon six (6) months notice by certified maiI to the other, addressed to One Gary K Anderson Plaza, Decatur, Illinois, if to the City or to ��<,L�?' �-a��,co�� -� , if to the Owner. , 7. This Agresment is intended for the benefit of said premises as well as the current owner and occupant thereof and to said end shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of said owner and his successors in title.
