'; ' <br /> ORDINANCE NO. - � <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE <br /> - EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUND - <br /> WHEREAS, by annual appropriation Ordinance No. 89-50 , as <br /> amended, for the fiscal year beginning May 1 , 1989 certain items <br /> of appropriation were made within the departments of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Council of said City desires to add additional <br /> funds to the equipment replacement fund; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to transfer funds as appropriated <br /> from non-departmental expenditures in the General Fund to the <br /> above referenced fund; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur, Illinois is a home rule unit <br /> of government as established by the Constitution of the State of <br /> Illinois. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 .
