ORDINANCE NO. ��'� <br /> ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING YIELD INTERSECTION <br /> - COMMONWEALTH AND MAYNOR STREETS - <br /> - MONTROSE AVENUE AND MAYNOR STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That when appropriate signs are erected giving <br /> notice thereof, the drivers of vehicles on Commonwealth Street <br /> approaching Maynor Street shall yield the right-of-way to any <br /> vehicle in the intersection of said streets or approaching the <br /> same so closely thereto as to constitute an immediate hazard. <br /> Section 2. That when appropriate signs are erected giving <br /> notice thereof, the drivers of vehicles on Montrose Avenue <br /> approaching Maynor Street shall yield the right-of-way to any <br /> vehicle in �the intersection of said streets or approaching the <br /> same so closely thereto as to constitute an immediate hazard. <br /> Section 3 . That any person, firm or corporation who shall <br /> violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon <br /> conviction, be fined not less thar. Ten Dollars ($10 . 00) nor more <br /> than Two Hundred Dollars ($200 .00) for each offense. <br /> Section 4 .
