Sands <br /> Director of Public Works , <br /> # 1 Civic center Plaza <br /> Decatur, IL 62523 <br /> Subject: Improvement Agreement <br /> South Shores Club <br /> Dear Mr. Sands: - <br /> In accordance with our meeting of last week, the following items were <br /> agreed to as a part of the South Shores Club Residential Plan zoning approval : <br /> I. The developer agrees to the following: <br /> A. Widen Enlow Drive on the south side of the street <br /> between Franklin Street westerly to the west radius <br /> point of the new driveway to a width of 29 feet <br /> (back of curb to back of curb). <br /> B. Construct a four foot wide P.C.C. sidewalk along <br /> " the back of curb of Enlow Drive from Franklin Street <br /> to the west property line of the property. <br /> C. Construct a retention area at the location shown on <br /> the plans which will include retention of the public <br /> waterways and storm sewer outfall . <br /> II. The City of Decatur agrees to the following: <br /> A. Widen Enlow Drive on the south side of the street <br /> from the west radius point of the new driveway to <br /> Reeder Drive to a width of 29 feet (back of curb <br /> to back of curb). <br /> B.
