`{a �� . <br /> r <br /> ' � �- � � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> - 800-900 EAST LAKE SHORE DRIVE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 5th day of October, 1989 , upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Ralph D. Owen to amend a special use permit for an <br /> R-3 Residence Development Plan previously authorized by Ordinance <br /> No. 86-73 dated September 15, 1986; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its <br /> findings and did recommend that said petition be granted and said <br /> Residence Development Plan be so amended. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission be received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That said special permit be, and it is hereby, <br /> amended as follows: <br /> a. That Exhibit 1 attached hereto and hereby made a <br /> part hereof be, and the same is hereby, substituted for and in <br /> lieu of Exhibit A of said Ordinance No. 86-73 for all purposes as <br /> therein stated. <br /> b. That the premises described in Exhibit 1 hereto be <br /> developed in accordance with Exhibit B of Ordinance No. 86-73 and <br /> with the plat attached hereto marked Exhibit 2 and hereby made a <br /> part hereof. <br /> Section 3 . That except as modified by the provisions <br /> hereof, the heretofore ordained R-3 Residence Development Plan <br /> and the provisions of ordinance relating thereto as heretofore <br /> amended and modified remain in full force and effect and the same <br /> remain subject to all the conditions, limitations and <br /> restrictioas set out in the ordinance aforesaid and the <br /> respective rnodifications and amendments thereto. <br /> PRESENTET�, PASSED, �PPROVED AND REC DED this 30th day of <br /> �ctober, 1989 . <br /> �IAYOR <br /> TE T: <br /> � <br /> TY CL R <br />
