�► ' . . � <br /> , <br /> • In support of this request, petitioner hereby submits to the City Plan <br /> CorrJnission and City Council the following facts: <br /> 1 . The petitioners have submitted a preliminary development plan. <br /> 2. The proposed project is an extension of an existing R-3 RDP approved <br /> August, 1986 which consists of 2 buildings/12 units per building. <br /> 3. The density proposed in the development plan is reasonable. <br /> ' 4. There are adequate public utilities to allow for the development of the <br /> property as proposed and the property will not cause an undue burden on <br /> any of said utilities. <br /> 5. The topography of the property and proximity to Lake Decatur makes this <br /> condominium project the best use of said property. <br /> 6.
