" � <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 130 WEST PYTHIAN AVENUE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of September, 1989, upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of George Weaver, Director of Planning, to rezone <br /> premises described as: <br /> The West 60 feet of Lot Ten (10) in Block Five (5) of <br /> Pythian Home Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 300 <br /> Page 19 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois, <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-1 NEIGHBORh00D <br /> SHOPPING DISTRICT. <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREF�JRE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-1 <br /> NEIGHI30RHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT. <br /> Se�tion 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and <br /> requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above <br /> described herein. <br />
