� <br /> A tract of land in Lot 4 of the Assessor s Subdivision of the Southeast <br /> Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 16 North, Range <br /> 2 East of the 3rd Principal Meridian, Macon County, Illinois, as per <br /> plat recorded in Plat Book 22 on Page 47 in the Recorder's Office of <br /> said Macon County; the boundary of said tract of land is described as <br /> follows: <br /> Commencing at the iron pin monument at the Southeast corner of Lot <br /> 1 of E. W. Woods Addition in the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast <br /> Quarter of said Section 22 as per Plat recorded in Plat Book 149 at Page <br /> 605 in the said Recorder`s Office, proceed on the East line of said <br /> Addition and said East line extended Southerly, on a local bearing of <br /> South 00° 00' 00" East, 513.21 feet to a point in the existing chain <br /> link fence, said point being the point of beginning; thence on said <br /> fence and said fence extended Easterly North 89° 30' 10" East, 10.00 <br /> feet, to the West right of way line of old South Main Street; thence on <br /> said right of way line South 00° 00' 00" East, 235.10 feet to an iron <br /> pin monument (hereinafter referred to as Point "A") ; thence North 73° <br /> 59' 45" West, 129.31 feet to an iron pin monument; thence North 58° 15' <br /> 40" West, 59.08 feet to an iron pin monument (hereinafter referred to as <br /> Point "B") ; thence North 31° 54' 00" East, 197.60 feet to a point in the <br /> aforementioned chain link fence; thence on said fence North 89° 30' 10" <br /> East, 60.12 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.629 acres, more <br /> or Zess. <br /> EXHIBIT A <br />
