� . , • . <br /> SURVEYORS REPORT <br /> This report is a part of the PLAT OF SURVEY prepared for Illinois <br /> Power Company by Richard L. Wavering, RLS No. 2217, dated April <br /> 6, 1989. <br /> The location of the tract surveyed was determined from Illinois <br /> Power Company drawing C-SR.25349-1 dated 2-1-89 and in <br /> consultation with Mr. Dean Simcox of Illinois Power Company on <br /> April 3 and 4, 1989. <br /> The field survey procedures were performed on April 3 an 4, 1989. <br /> The East line of E.W. Woods Addition (Plat Bk . 149, pg. 605) was <br /> determined from monumentation in the field and was prolonged <br /> South to the existing chain link fence, the North line of the <br /> tract surveyed. The East line of the tract was established <br /> parallel with and 10 feet East of the East line of the E.W. Woods <br /> Addition. The North Line of the tract is the existing chain link <br /> fence and is witnessed by iron pins set on a 2 foot offset as <br /> shown on the attached Plat. <br /> Field evidence indicates the probable presence of buried utility <br /> lines (telephone and water) along the East line of the tract <br /> surveyed . No record search for easements has been made by the <br /> Surveyor. <br /> The Legal Description of the tract surveyed is as follows: <br /> A tract of land in Lot 4 of the Assessor 's Subdivision of the <br /> Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 22, <br /> Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the Third Principal Meridian, <br /> Macon County, Illinois as per Plat recorded in Plat Book 22 at <br /> Page 47 in the Recorder 's Office of said Macon County, the <br /> boundary of said tract of land is described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the iron pin monument at the Southeast Corner of <br /> Lot 1 of E.W. Woods Addition in the Northeast Quarter of the <br /> Northeast Quarter of said Section 22 as per Plat recorded in Plat <br /> Book 149 at page 605 in the said Recorder 's Office, proceed on <br /> the East line of said Addition and said East line extended <br /> southerly, on a local bearing of South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 <br /> seconds East, 513.21 feet to a point in the existing chain link <br /> fence, said point being the point of beginning; thence on said <br /> fence and said fence extended easterly North 89 degrees 30 <br /> minutes 10 seconds East, 10.00 feet, to the West Right-of-Way <br /> line of old South Main Street; thence on said Right-of-Way line <br /> South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, 235.10 feet to an <br /> iron pin monument; thence North 73 degrees 59 minutes 45 seconds <br /> West, 129.31 feet to an iron pin monument; thence North 58 <br /> degrees 15 minutes 40 seconds West, 59.08 feet to an iron pin <br /> monument; thence North 31 degrees 54 minutes 00 seconds East, <br /> 197.60 feet to a point in the aforementioned chain link fence; <br /> thence on said fence North 89 degrees 30 minutes 10 seconds East, <br /> 60.12 feet to the point of beginning , encompassing 0.629 acres <br /> more or less. <br /> This Report prepared by <br /> HOMER L.
