r � � <br /> , ORDINANCE NO. � �—��----- <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - SOUTHWEST CORNER OF ASH AVENUE & ROUTE 51 - <br /> - R-1 TO R-5 - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 6th day of July, 1989, upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of RP,YMOND M. THOMAS, to rezone premises described as: <br /> Lot One (1) of Mayflower Addition as per Plat recorded <br /> in Book 536 Page 272 of the records in the Recorder' s <br /> Office of Macon County, Illinois, EXCEPT the West 100 <br /> feet thereof, <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-5 TWO FAMILY <br /> RESIDENCE DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. �I <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are <br /> herebyo rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-5 <br /> TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those 3istricts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of <br /> the City of Decatur, Illir.ois , commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and <br /> requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above <br /> described herein. <br /> Section 4 . That the zoning of said premises as set out <br /> herein shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as <br /> in such Ordinance No. 3512 provided and said Districts be, and <br /> they are hereby, amended and changed as herein set forth. �✓ <br />
