U / —' � ORDINANCE AMENDING RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN - SPRINGHILL ADDITION - WHEREAS, on the 6th day of April, 1989 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Steve Horve to amend and modify an R-2 Residence Development Plan previously approved by Ordinance No. 4816 , as subsequently amended by Ordinance Nos. 5084 , 5971, 6096 and 84-90 , with regard to a portion of the premises included in said Plan, said portion being described as follows: Lot Two (2) of Springhill Third Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 1832 Page 5 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommended that such Residence Development Plan be modified and amended as requested. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2 . That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, the aforesaid R-2 Residence Development Plan be, and the same is hereby, modified and further amended, and petitioner be, and he is hereby, authorized to develop said premises as shown on the plat and plans thereof attached hereto, marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. Section 3 . That the amendments and permission granted herein be, and the same are hereby, expressly conditioned upon Petitioner submitting a plat for approval in accordance with the City of Decatur Subdivision Ordinance and having said plat approved in accordance therewith. Section 4. That except as modified by the provisions hereof, the heretofore ordained R-2 Residence Development Plan and the provisions of ordinance relating thereto as heretofore
