Cal. No. 89-13 Petition of STEVE HORVE to amend an R-2 <br /> Residence Development Plan as approved by <br /> Ordinance 46481b and subsequently amended for <br /> a tract of land generally located north of <br /> North Country Club Road along either side <br /> of Greenway Laae. <br /> Mr. Phillip Cochran, Consulting Engineer, was present and spoke <br /> for the petition stating that Springhill Addition had been ap- <br /> proved for 24 condominium or apartmeat units for two 12 unit <br /> buildings. The request aow is to allow a 13 lot single family <br /> _ subdivision. The surrounding area on the west� of Greenwa�- Laae <br /> is single family and the area east of Greenway Lane is designated <br /> for multifamily. Mr. Cochran stated that he had met with City <br /> staff and the Plat Committee regarding this petition. <br /> Mr . Heinrich questioned if a new entrance will be built on <br /> Countrq Club Road. Mr. Cochran answered yes , and there will be <br /> no connection onto Greenway Lane. <br />
