ORDINANCE NO. � � � � <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 34 - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the City Code of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, ' modified and amended at <br /> Chapter 34 thereof by modifying and amending Section 33 by adding <br /> subsection (h) thereto, said subsection (h) to provide as <br /> follows: <br /> (h) When any vehicle has been parked on public or <br /> private property for a period of at least seven (7) days <br /> and fram which vehicle the engine, wheels or other parts <br /> have been removed, or on which vehicle the engine, <br /> wheels or other parts have been altered, damaged or <br /> otherwise so treated that the vehicle is incapable of <br /> being driven under its own motor power. This subsection <br /> shall not include a motor vehic2e which has been <br /> rendered temporarily incapable of being driven under its <br /> own motor power in order to perform ordinary service or <br /> repair operations. <br /> Section 2 .
