O / — � �S <br /> . . � <br /> Recordec! in Book 23�Page�52 <br /> � �, AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING A HISTORIC DISTRICT <br /> 8 00 ti'h ���`' — MILLIKIN PLACE — <br /> Fee�� Recorder of Deeds <br /> WHEREAS, on the 15th day of March, 1989, upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur Historical and Architectural Sites Commission held a <br /> public hearing upon the petition of Lucien C. Kapp to designate . <br /> as a Historic District, under the provisions of Chapter 31 of the <br /> City Code of the City of Decatur, premises described as shown on ' <br /> Exhibit A attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur H?s�or�cal and Architectural Sites <br /> Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be � <br /> granted; and, <br /> WHEREAS, all owners of record of said premises have been <br /> notified in accordance with the provisions of said Chapter 31. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATliR, 3LLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the recommendation of the Decatur <br /> Historical and Architectural Sites Commission be, and the same is <br /> hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That the Council hereby expressly finds that the <br /> above-described premises has integrity of design and meets the <br /> criteria established in Sections 4 (a) , (c) , (d) , (e) , (f) , (g) <br /> and (h) of said Chapter 31 . <br /> Section 3 . That said described premises be, and the same is <br /> hereby, designated a Historic District and is hereby made subject <br /> to all% restrictions, limitations and controls applicable thereto <br /> under the provisions of said Cnapter sI . <br /> Section 4 . Tnat Ordinance No. 89-25 be, and the same is <br /> hereby, repealed. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RE RDED this lst day of <br /> May, 1989 .
