O / — � �S . . � Recordec! in Book 23�Page�52 � �, AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING A HISTORIC DISTRICT 8 00 ti'h ��`' — MILLIKIN PLACE — Fee�� Recorder of Deeds WHEREAS, on the 15th day of March, 1989, upon due notice, the Decatur Historical and Architectural Sites Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Lucien C. Kapp to designate . as a Historic District, under the provisions of Chapter 31 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, premises described as shown on ' Exhibit A attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof; and, WHEREAS, the Decatur H?s�or�cal and Architectural Sites Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be � granted; and, WHEREAS, all owners of record of said premises have been notified in accordance with the provisions of said Chapter 31. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATliR, 3LLINOIS: Section 1 . That the recommendation of the Decatur Historical and Architectural Sites Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2 . That the Council hereby expressly finds that the above-described premises has integrity of design and meets the criteria established in Sections 4 (a) , (c) , (d) , (e) , (f) , (g) and (h) of said Chapter 31 . Section 3 . That said described premises be, and the same is hereby, designated a Historic District and is hereby made subject to all% restrictions, limitations and controls applicable thereto under the provisions of said Cnapter sI .
