ORDINANCE N0. g / � 3 � ORDINANCE AMENDING RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN - SHOREWOOD ESTATES - WHEREAS, on the 6th day of April, 1989 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Thomas Brinkoetter to amend a special use permit for an R-6 Residence Development Plan approved by Ordinance No. 7196, as subsequently amended, on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows: Lots 2, 3 , 4 and 5 of Sheets Addition of Outlots to Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 646 , Page 302 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois, except the East 160 feet of the South 200 feet of said Lot 2 and the East 240 feet of the North 186 . 2 feet of said Lot 4; and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend that said petition be granted and said Residence Development Plan be amended as requested. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, II�LINOIS: Section 1 . That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be received, placed on file and � approved. I Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, the aforesaid R-6 Residence Development Plan be, and the same is hereby, modified and further amended, and petitioner be, and he is hereby, authorized to develop said premises as shown on the plat and plans thereof attached hereto, marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. Section 3 . That the amendments and permission granted herein be, and the same are hereby, expressly conditioned as follows : (a) That the premises be properly subdivided in accordance with the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Decatur;
