ORDINANCE NO. � � — ��--_ AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY 1800 BLOCK EAST LAKE SHORE DRIVE WHEREAS, on the 6th day of April, 1989, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of ST. MARY'S HOSPITAL, DECATUR, OF THE HOSPITAL SISTERS OF THE THIRD ORDER OF ST. FRANCIS, to rezone premises described as: That part of Lot 1 of St. Mary' s Hospital as shown by the plat recorded in Book 1832 Page 269 of the records of the Macon County Recorder, Macon County, Illinois, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of said Lot 1 being 374.55 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence South 89° 59 ' 38" E, 32.69 feet along the South line of said Lot 1; thence along the South line of said Lot 1 on a curve to the left having a radius of 667. 4 feet and a chord that bears North 80°53 ' 47" East for an arc distance of 205.21 feet; thence North 35°15 ' 39" West, 369 . 19 feet; thence North 89°40 ' 55" West, 20.00 feet; thence South 0° 19 ' 12" West, 333 . 99 feet to the point of beginning, from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT. WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF I DECATUR, ILLINOIS: � Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to 0-1 OFFICE DISTRICT.
