That a Plat showing the location of said premises is <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof . <br /> 3 . That Lots 6 and 7 are presently zoned 0-1 Office Zoned <br /> and the balance of said Lots are presently zoned R-6 Multiple <br /> Dwelling District. <br /> 4 . That Petitioner proposes to improve the premises with a <br /> drive-thru restaurant facility which will not provide curb service <br /> or on-site consumption of food . <br /> 5 .
