�.��'�°R��F����� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � � ' a � <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING TWO-HOUR PARKING ZONE <br /> - EAST WILLIAM STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That when signs are erected giving notice <br /> thereof, no person shall park a motor vehicle for a continuous <br /> period of more than two (2) hours between the hours of 8 : 00 A.M. <br /> and 6 :00 P.M. daily except Sundays and those holidays specified <br /> in Chapter 30 of the City Code entitled "Traffic" , on the south <br /> side of East William Street beginning 124 feet west of the west <br /> line of North Franklin Street, then east a distance of 66 feet. <br /> Section 2 . That parking meters shall be installed in said <br /> zone which shall register not to exceed two hours upon the <br /> insertion of the appropriate coin at the rate of ten cents per <br /> hour. <br /> Section 3 . That any person, firm or corporation who shall <br /> violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon <br /> conviction, be fined not less than Two Dollars ($2 . 00) nor more " <br /> than Two Hundred Dollars ($200 . 00) for each offense. <br /> Section 4 .
