That Chapter 66 of the City Code of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, modified at <br /> Section 48 thereof by modifying subsection (1) thereof so that as <br /> so modified said Section 48 at subsection (1) shall provide as <br /> follows: <br /> (1) Application for an initial permit or for annual renewal <br /> of a permit shall be filed with the City Clerk upon forms <br /> provided by the City requiring such information as shall be <br /> deemed reasonably necessary or desirable to aid in the <br /> administration of the provisions of this Chapter and which <br /> application shall be accompanied by the payment of the <br /> appropriate annual fee as follows: <br /> Shore Line Zone 1 : <br /> For each front foot of shore line $5 . 00 plus <br /> $20 . 00 for each boat space above one; <br /> Shore Line Zone 2 : <br /> For each front foot of shore line $4 . 00 plus <br /> $15.00 for each boat space above one; <br /> Shore Line Zone 3 : <br /> For each boat space $20 . 00; <br /> In Shore Line Zones 1 and 2 the minimum front foot char�e is <br /> for twelve feet of shore line; and, <br /> If the application is for an initial permit, not a renewal, �, <br /> $30 . 00 shall accompany payment of the annual fee. <br /> Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, I <br /> authorized and directed to cause the amendatory provisions hereof <br /> to be appropriately set out in the City Code. <br />
