92. There shall be no maximum number for the issuance of the <br /> respective Class C, Class D, Class G or C1ass I licenses. <br /> Issuance of Class E licenses is limited to 2 and. of Classes F and <br /> H to 1 . <br /> Section 3 . That Section 14 of Chapter 52 of the City Code <br /> of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, <br /> amended so that said section as so amended shall provide as <br /> follows: <br /> 14 . SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF LICENSE. <br /> A. The Local Liquor Control Commissioner may in the manner <br /> provided by law suspend or revoke local liquor license privileges <br /> for violation of a provision of this Chapter or of applicable <br /> provisions of law, ordinance, code, rule or regulation. <br /> B. The Local Liquor Control Commissioner, when suspending <br /> local liquor license privileges for violation of a provision of <br /> this Chapter or other applicable law, in the manner provided <br /> herein and by statute, may order that the licensee cease and <br /> desist all business operations at the licensed premises for the <br /> duration of the suspension of local liquor license privileges , to <br /> the extent permitted by law, if such commissioner determines that <br /> such a closure would assist the enforcement of the suspension in <br /> light of the severity of the violation or the frequency of past <br /> violations, whether of the same nature or not. <br /> Section 4 . That Chapter 52 of the City Code of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, amended by adding <br /> Section 36 thereto, said Section 36 to provide as follows : <br /> 36 . SEPARATION OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR SALES . If more than 50� <br /> of the gross income of any licensed premises is derived from the <br /> sale of goods other than alcoholic liquors , then such alcoholic <br /> liquors as are sold at such premises for consumption off the <br /> premises must be displayed for sale in a section of said premises <br /> physically separated from the remainder of said premises by <br /> doors, sliders, screens, counter, shades or other apparatus or <br /> device clearly identifying a separate section of said premises, <br /> and which section of said premises displaying alcoholic liquors <br /> for sale is in clear view of the sales counter or station, and <br /> employees stationed thereat, at which said alcoholic liquors must <br /> be purchased. <br /> Section 5 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, <br /> authorized and directed to cause the amendatory provisions hereof <br /> to be appropriately set out in said City Code and t� cause this <br /> Ordinance to be published in pamphlet form. <br />
