, <br /> f ORDINANCE N0. � / -- I I <br /> a„ �ft>d ��q�{ <br /> - ._2`'y��� <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> 2604 NORTH MAIN STREET <br /> WHEREAS, on the 5th day of January, 1989 , upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Harry Eubanks and Dorthy Eubanks to rezone premises <br /> described as : <br /> Lot Eleven (11) Block Six (6) of Pythian Home Addition <br /> as per Plat recorded in Book 300 Page 19 of the Records <br /> in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD <br /> SHOPPING DISTRICT. <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, a:�d they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-1 <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of <br /> the Ci�y of Decatur, Illir.ois, commonly known as the Zoning , <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and <br /> requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above <br /> described herein.
