�l�Rt?Fsi�,��� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 89-03 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 52 - <br /> - ACTUAL KNOWLEDGE OF VIOLATION - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL �F THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That Section 19 of Chapter 52 of the City Code <br /> of the City of Decatur, Illinois , be, and the same is hereby, <br /> modified and amended, so that as modified ar�d amended said <br /> Section 19 of said Chapter 52 provides as follows : <br /> 19 . VIOLATION. No owner, possessor, manager, person in <br /> control or in charge of licensed premises, or of <br /> premises referred to in Section 18 of this Chapter, <br /> shall permit the violation on said premises of any <br /> provisions of this Chapter. It shall not be a defense <br /> to a prosecution brought hereunder that the defendant <br /> did not have actual knowledge that alcoholic liquor was <br /> being consumed, possessed, stored, kept or otherwise <br /> maintained by patrons, guests , members or other <br /> individuals in viola�ion of said Section 18 . " <br /> Section 2 .
