f � � � ORDINANCE No. s 9_-01 �I�RO�'�r�� ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL USE PERMIT - R-1 NURSERY SCHOOL - - MARANATHA ASSEMBLY OF GOD - WHEREAS, on the lst day of December, 1988 , upon due notice, tne Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petitioiz of Maranatha Assembly of God for a special use permit to operate a nursery school in the City of Decatur, Illinois , on premises described as : Lot Two (2) of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1%4 and Lot One (1) of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 , all in Section 27 , Township 16 North, Range 2 East , of the 3rd P.M. , as per Plat of the I < Boardman Estaue recorded in Book 22 Page 420 of the Records in the Rec�rder ' s Office of Macon County, Illir.ois , except the railroad right-of-way; and, except also that part thereof dedicated far highway purposes as recorded in Book 1579 Page 488 of the Records in the Recorder ' s Office of Macon County, Illinois ; and further, excep: that part thereof conveyed by warranty deed recorded ir. Book 1302 PagP �}21 oi the Records aforesaid; and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plar. Commission recommended that said special use permit be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : Section 1 . That the report ar.d recommendaticn of the Decatur City Plan Ccmmission be, and the same is hereby received , placed on file and approved. Section 2 . That upon the co:nditions hereinafter mentioned, an R-1 Special Use rermit to operate a nursery school be, and it is hereby, yranted to Marar.atha Assembly of God for the premis�s aicresaid. Section 3 . That said permit be, and it is hereby, conditioned as fol�ows : {A) That all applicable licenses and regulations of the State o� Illinois be obtained and adhered tc relative ta such facility. (B) That the proposed racility b� limited to care for a maYimum of 102 children.
