ORDINANCE NO. � ��'� � � �����F����'D <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> 740 EAST GRAND AVENUE <br /> WHEREAS, on the 6th day of October, 1988 , upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of William Broadnax to rezone premises described as: <br /> Lot Sixteen (16) and the East Half (E 1/2) of Lot <br /> Seventeen (17) in Block Two (2) in Montgomery & Shull' s <br /> First Addition to the City of Decatur, as per Plat <br /> recorded in Book 22 Page 437 of the records in the <br /> Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> Lot Eighteen (18) and the West Half (W 1/2) of Lot 17 , <br /> Block 2 of Montgomery & Shull's First Addition to the <br /> City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 22 Page <br /> 437 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois, <br /> from R-5 TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD <br /> SHOPPING DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that ' <br /> the prayer of said petition be approved. ' <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and he same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-5 TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-1 <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinios, commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and <br /> i <br />
