� <br /> . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � � ^ O � <br /> �F'"° . <br /> ::1������'E�, <br /> " <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY <br /> - SOUTH MONROE STREET - <br /> - EtVING r".VENUE - <br /> - POWERS LANE - <br /> - WEST DECATUR STREET - <br /> - WEST FOREST STREET - <br /> - SOUTH EDWARD STREET - <br /> �n1HEREAS, on the lst day of September, 1988 , upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Lesa Andrick and others to rezone premises described <br /> as: <br /> SEE EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO AND HEREBY <br /> MADE A PART AEREOF <br /> from R-5 TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT and R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT to R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-5 TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT and R-6 <br /> MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT to R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE <br /> DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinios, commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and <br /> requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above <br /> described herein. <br />
