Rozanski and D'Arlene Rozanski requesting that <br /> there be annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> The North 150 feet of the South 328.24 feet of Lot One <br /> (1) of Parish' s Subdivision a subdivision according to <br /> Plat recorded in Book 335 Page 576 of the records in the <br /> Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS it a ea a' <br /> , pp rs s id petition is signed by the owners of <br />' record of all land within such territory and by at least 51� of <br />� the electors residing therein, and that said territory is <br /> contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any <br />' city, village or incorporated town or other municipality; and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation <br /> has been given as required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That said petition and the request thereof be, <br /> and the same are hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said territory hereinabove described, along <br /> with all parts of public highways therein or next and adjacent <br /> thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the same are <br /> hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation. <br /> Section 3 . That a plat of said annexed premises is attached <br /> hereto and hereby made a part hereof. <br />
