►�"r�C�O�f�r'�`G <br /> ORDINANCE NO. $g-'78 <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING <br /> - SBI ROUTE 48 - <br /> - SOUTHSIDE DRIVE - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That when appropriate signs or markings are <br /> provided giving notice thereof, parking be, and it is hereby, <br /> prohibited at all times on both sides of SBI Route 48 from FA <br /> Route 412 to Lincoln Park Drive and on both sides of Southside <br /> Drive from SBI Route 48 to U.S. Route 51 . <br /> Section 2 . That any person, firm or corporation who shall <br /> violate any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall, upon <br /> conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10 .00) nor more <br /> than Two Hundred Dollars ($200 . 00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3 .
