DRIVE <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the offer of Thirteen Thousand One Hundred <br />, Dollars ($13 , 100 .00) by Clarkson Grain Company, Inc. for the <br /> unimproved land in the 200 Block of South Martin Luther King Jr. <br /> Drive, and legally described as follows, be, . and the same is <br /> hereby, received, placed on file and accepted: <br />� Lots Eighteen (18) , Nineteen (19) , Twenty (2 0) , <br />� Twenty-One (21) , Twenty-Two (22) and Twenty-Three (23) <br /> of A. G. Webber' s Subdivision of Lot 1 and the North <br /> Part of Lot 13 in J. N. Bill' s 2nd Addition to the City <br /> of Decatur; as recorded in Book 149 Page 415 of the <br /> records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois, AND ALSO Lots Two (2) , Three (3) , Four (4) and <br /> Five (5) of J. N.
