R � �, . . ' � g�� ORDINANCE NO. �)ICRpF��n AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING TRUCK TRAFFIC ON VARIOUS RESIDENTIAL STREETS I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: . Section 1 . That when appropriate signs are erected giving notice thereof, all trucks or other vehicles of the Second Division, as defined by the Illinois Vehicle Code, which have a Class C or higher letter (greater weight) license from the State of Illinois, or equivalent weight licenses issued by another state, are prohibited and excluded from the use of the streets described below, provided that such prohibition of use shall not extend to fire, police or other emergency vehicles, school buses, and trucks which have a Class C or higher letter (greater weight) license which are making service calls or deliveries to residences, businesses and construction sites located on said streets : (a) 33rd Street from Lake Shore Drive to East William Street; (b) 34th Street from East Prairie Street to East William Street; (c) 35th Street from East Prairie Street to East William Street; (d) East Eldorado Street from Lake Shore Drive, west to the dead end; (e) East Prairie Street from Lake Shore Drive, west to the dead end; (f) 32nd Street from Meadow Lane to East William Street; (g) Harrison Street from Brush College Road, west a distance of 880 feet, more or less; (h) Garfield Street from Brush College Road, west 880 feet, more or less; (i) 38th Street from Garfield Avenue, north 510 feet, more or less .
