M <br /> p � $���i'+�1=t���� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � D - � S <br />' AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br />' 606 WEST IMBODEN DRIVE <br />' WHEREAS, on the 25th day of July, 1988, upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Carroll G. Overturf to rezone premises described as: <br /> Beginning at an iron pin on the North right-of-way line <br /> of Imboden Drive 50 feet North and 17 .5 feet West of the <br /> Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the <br /> Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 16 North, <br /> Range 2 East of the 3rd Principal Meridian, Macon <br /> County, Illinois; thence Northerly perpendicular in the <br /> North right-of-way line 276 feet to an iron pin; thence <br /> Northwesterly on a line forming an interior angle of <br /> 127° 39 ' 31 . 6" , with preceding course 290 .53 feet to an <br /> iron pin; thence Southerly perpendicular to said north <br /> right-of-way line 453. 5 feet to an iron pin _ on the said <br /> North right-of-way line; thence Easterly along said <br /> right-of-way line 230 feet to the point of beginning, <br /> containing 1 . 926 acres, more or less, as per records in <br /> the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan ' <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. , <br /> Section 2 . That said described remises be and the are � <br /> P . Y <br /> hereby, rezoned from B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT <br /> INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. j <br />
