O �— � y ORDINANCE AMENDING RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN - PRIMROSE ESTATES - WHEREAS, on the 7th day of July, 1988, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing on the petition of Mutual Home and Savings Association to amend and modizy an R-3 Residence Development Plan previously approved by Ordinance No. 77-29, and to correct the legal description contained therein, said premises being legally described as follows: The East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 4 , Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. , EXCEPT that portion lying North and East of the South and West right-of-way line of the Illinois Central Railroad, and except all roads and streets and easements for the same; and EXCEPT a tract of qround beginning 149.72 feet South of the Northwest corner of the East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 4, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. ; _ thence South 363 .28 feet; thence East 272 .50 feet; thence North 363. 28 feet; thence West 272.50 feet to the place of beginning; and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that such Residence Development Plan be modified and amended as requested. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1 . That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is herzby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2 . That the Residence Development Plan aforesaid be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended such that the plot plan of the above-described premises attached hereto, marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof, be, and the same is hereby, substituted for and in lieu of that plan attached to said Ordinance No. 77-29, for all purposes described therein, and said premises shall be developed in accordance with, and only in accordance with, said Exhibit A.
