O �— � y <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> - PRIMROSE ESTATES - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of July, 1988, upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing on the <br /> petition of Mutual Home and Savings Association to amend and <br /> modizy an R-3 Residence Development Plan previously approved by <br /> Ordinance No. 77-29, and to correct the legal description <br /> contained therein, said premises being legally described as <br /> follows: <br /> The East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 <br /> of Section 4 , Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd <br /> P.M. , EXCEPT that portion lying North and East of the <br /> South and West right-of-way line of the Illinois Central <br /> Railroad, and except all roads and streets and easements <br /> for the same; and EXCEPT a tract of qround beginning <br /> 149.72 feet South of the Northwest corner of the East <br /> 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section <br /> 4, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. ; _ <br /> thence South 363 .28 feet; thence East 272 .50 feet; <br /> thence North 363. 28 feet; thence West 272.50 feet to the <br /> place of beginning; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> such Residence Development Plan be modified and amended as <br /> requested. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the report and recommendation of the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is herzby, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That the Residence Development Plan aforesaid <br /> be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended such that the <br /> plot plan of the above-described premises attached hereto, marked <br /> Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof, be, and the same is <br /> hereby, substituted for and in lieu of that plan attached to said <br /> Ordinance No. 77-29, for all purposes described therein, and said <br /> premises shall be developed in accordance with, and only in <br /> accordance with, said Exhibit A. <br />
