That Petitioner has contracted to purchase Lots One ( 1 ) <br /> through Five ( 5 ) in Block Eight (8 ) of Pythian Home Addition of <br /> Outlots to the City of Decatur, Illinois , as Qer Plat recorded in <br /> Book 300 , Page 19 of the Records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon <br /> County , Illinois , and Lot C of the former Illinois Terminal <br /> Decatur Belt P4ain Track . <br /> 2. That the premises hereinabove described are zoned B-1 <br /> "Neighborhood Shopping District" with the exception of Lot One ( 1 ) <br /> which is zoned R-3 "Single Family Residence District . " <br /> 3 . That Petitioner proposes to improve the premises herein- <br /> above described , in part , with a laundry. <br /> 4 . That the purpose proposed by Petitioner requires a <br /> rezoning of Lot One ( 1 ) from an R-3 to a B-1 zoning classifica- <br /> tion. <br /> 5 .
