<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: II
<br /> Section 1. That for the mutual and other valuable I',
<br /> consideration hereinafter provided, for the time hereinafter set out I
<br /> there is hereby granted by the City of Decatur, hereinafter called
<br /> the "City", to UACC Midwest, Inc. , a corporation, its successors and
<br /> assigns, hereinafter referred to as the "Company", the right,
<br /> privilege, permission and authority to construct, erect, operate,
<br /> and maintain, in, upon, along, across, above, over and under the
<br /> streets, alleys, public ways and public places, now laid out or
<br /> dedicated, and all extensions thereof and additions thereto, poles,
<br /> wires, cables, underground conduits, manholes and other conductors
<br /> and fixtures, and to use the same for the purpose of transmitting
<br /> and distributing electricity and electrical impulses, television
<br /> signals for television purposes to reproduce pictures and sound in
<br /> combination or independently, and especially for the conduct of a
<br /> community antenna television system for the reception, sale and
<br /> distribution of television signals.
<br /> Section 2 . That there is hereby specifically excluded from the
<br /> grant and permission hereby given the right, privilege, permission
<br /> and authority to, in any way, engage in the manufacture,
<br /> transmission or distribution for sale of electricity or electrical
<br /> or electronic energy used for heat, light, or power, or for the
